VFW Post 454 Bloomington, IL for a Ruck March on October 22.

This is the First annual Ground Pounder 22 to help bring awareness to Veteran Suicide and help drop non-perishable items off at Midwest Food bank in Normal, IL.

It begins at 8:00am leaving from Keg Grove Brewery 712 East Empire Street Bloomington, IL and finishing at Midwest Food Bank 2031 Warehouse Road Normal, IL.

We will be using the Constitution Trail for the 4.7 mile route. Some of the supporters and sponsors for this are Humana, Normal Fire Department, Connect Transit, and Keg Grove.
