Apple has announced the arrival of its virtual reality (VR) headset called Apple Vision Pro.

Apple says with the arrival of this new headset “Welcome to the era of spatial computing.”

This new headset allows you to have your apps in the air in front of you. You will be able to navigate with your eyes. Click on the apps in the air in front of you. Scroll by flicking your finger.

The headset will allow you to watch TV and movies on screen sizes you decide. They say the images will be delivered in 4K to each eye. The sound is billed as Apple’s “most advanced spatial audio system ever. Personalized sound is delivered directionally to your ear.”

The headset also has Apple’s first ever 3D camera for taking photos and videos.

If this all sounds like something you are going to want, start saving now. The Apple Vision Pro will be available early next year (2024). The cost will be $3499.
