According to a recent survey all most moms want on Mother’s Day is a card.

Lending Tree conducted the survey of what moms want on Mother’s Day. 36% of the moms said they would like a card. It was the most popular response given.

Next on the list is “quality time” with their kids. That was what 32% said they wanted. Flowers or other plants garnered 29% of the answers.

One thing is also clear from the survey. Don’t spend too much money on mom. According to the survey 78% of moms don’t expect their kids to spend more than $50 on them. Additionally, of the more than 2,100 US consumers surveyed, nearly 40% said they have been scolded my mom for spending too much money on Mother’s Day.
