Granger Smith and his wife just welcomed their new son Maverick and have now released a video opening up about their life and struggles since losing their 3 year old son River in 2019.
Many of you may remember the heartbreaking story, as Granger and his wife Amber lost their son River in a tragic accident in their home in 2019.
What seemed like a normal day, with their boys having a water gun fight in the backyard, turned into River getting into their locked pool gate without anyone seeing him.
As the tragic events unfolded before their eyes, River couldn’t be saved, and they lost their 3 year old son.
Granger and Amber have now opened up about the moments leading up to River’s death, their hopes in helping others who may be grieving, and the struggles in their journey toward having another child, in a new video released titled “Honesty in Suffering” from the storytelling media company I Am Second.
Just this week Granger’s wife Amber responded openly on social media to critics who came at them for having another baby.
