It may be 2021 but our 2001 dreams are finally coming true. Ladies and gentleman, let me introduce “Back-Sync,” the boy band collaboration everyone is currently freaking out about!

Over the weekend, Backstreet Boys AJ McLean and Nick Carter joined forces with Lance Bass and Joey Fatone from NSYNC forming boy band of our dreams: “Back-Sync.” The super group made their debut performance (I say debut because I hope this isn’t the only one) in Los Angeles on Friday night at a Pride event in LA which benefits the Trevor Project.

“Back-Sync” performed a few of their biggest hits from each group, including the Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way” and ‘N Sync’s “Bye Bye Bye.”

And to prove that the longstanding feud has been falsely created and the guys truly are “bros,” the guys even helped each other learn the signature dance moves for each song.

Meanwhile, Nick posted the guys having a little fun with a famous scene from “Friends.”

Let us all pray the first time won’t be the last time.

@ajmcleanofficialThank you all to everyone that showed up last night for the pride event and supporting the Trevor project hopefully more to come from ##BackSync! ♬ original sound – AJ McLean

As for Justin Timberlake, though the ‘N Sync member didn’t join the recent collab, he definitely has an open invitation.

Do you hope there will be more “Back-Sync” in the future?
