Luke Bryan swapped his judge’s chair for a spot on the stage last night for a cover of Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ On a Prayer” and we are here for it!

Last night on the American Idol finale, Luke invited recently elminated contestant Casey Bishop back to the stage for a rockin’ duet of Bon Jovi!

It’s still hard to believe that Casey Bishop is only 15 years old because she sounds like she’s at least 25. Even though Casey got sent home right before the final episode, she still got a moment on stage with Luke she will never forget.

Luke Combs also stopped by to perform his hit “Forever After All” with Chayce Beckham (the crowned winner at the end of the night.)

Luke Bryan wasn’t the only judge to trade seats for the stage…Katy Perry and Hunter Metts sang together on a very intimate, stripped down version of her song “Thinking of You.”

And you can’t have a finale without a performance with the legend Lionel Richie. He performed with this years finalists.
