Christmas movie alert! Dolly Parton is getting ready to take over Netflix with a new holiday movie called Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square,

Netflix just announced a November 22nd release date, and the movie gets 14 original songs by Dolly Parton as well!

The movie follows Regina Fuller, a rich and nasty woman who returns to her small hometown of Fullerville after her father’s death to evict everyone and sell the land to a mall developer right before Christmas. But don’t worry, the spirit of Christmas always wins, and an angel appears, played by Dolly Parton, to help the woman have a change of heart.

I mean if that doesn’t spell out every Christmas movie guideline, I don’t know what does.

We are looking forward to seeing the trailer, but in the meantime, you can hear Dolly’s new song “Christmas On The Square.”
