Kane Brown talked to fellow country star, and “Extra” host Jana Kramer about getting lost in the woods, and life in quarantine with his baby girl Kingsley.

I can’t believe Kinglsey is 10 months old now, it seems like time is flying by. Kane is loving the time he is getting at home with his wife and daughter, because normally he would be on the road and might miss out on some major milestone moments.

Kane talks to Jana about what becoming a dad has taught him, and also talks about the time he and his wife got lost on their own property and had to call the cops to rescue them!

“Yeah, we got lost for seven hours. We have 30 acres and it’s all woods,” Kane said. “…it started getting dark and we were running out of gas… and we live by all these cliffs… We ran into a drop-off, so we ended up having to call the cops and walk down.” He also added that his wife thought he did it on purpose, “Kate thought I was just trying to get out of unpacking boxes because it was literally the first day we moved in.”

Kane is also partnering with Crown Royal for the Purple Bag Project, a project that Thomas Rhett is also heavily involved with. They just did a remix of his song “Homesick” for a special release.

“We have three veterans singing on the remix of my song ‘Homesick,’” he said. “It’s cool that it’s going to be coming out literally the day, the year anniversary of when I released the song, August 5.”
