There are cards, picture frames and even stuffed animals that can record a voice for people to hear when you’re not around. An Irish man transferred the idea to his coffin!

I obviously didn’t know Shay Bradley, but I feel like it would be safe to say he was likely the life of the party during his life. He most likely also preferred to see people laugh and smile than cry.

According to dailymail.co.uk the Irish Defence Force veteran recorded audio that he wanted played at his funeral. This past weekend as mourners gathered around his grave site at the cemetery, the message was played from the coffin.

“Hello?” Shay is heard asking before the sound of knocks are heard. “Let me out,” he continues, “Where the f*** am I? Let me out it’s f***ing dark in here.”

There is more to the recording, but be forewarned, the text version of some of Shay’s comments are edited above. The audio is not. You may want to be careful who is around when you watch the video below.

You can say that Shay Bradley left his family and friends with a smile. Rest well sir and thanks for bringing a smile to my face as well.
