Jake Owen has found himself at the top of the country radio airplay singles charts with the debut single for a new record label home with his song “I Was Jack (You Were Diane).”

Jake released five studio albums and one compilation album with RCA Nashville, his label home since 2006. Now he calls the independent record label Big Loud Records home.

Jake’s debut single for the new label “I Was Jack (You Were Diane)” has reached number one on the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts for country radio airplay this week.

While the song is his first chart topper for his new record label, it is his seventh career number one single. His last #1 was 2016’s “American Country Love Song.”

Jake is currently on his “Life’s Whatcha Make It Tour” 2018 with special guests Chris Janson and Jordan Davis. The tour will stop in Champaign, IL at the State Farm Center Friday, September 7, 2018. Get concert and tickets details here.

Congratulations to Jake Owen on his #1 song “I Was Jack (You Were Diane).”
