Last night (12/19) was the season finale for The Voice Season 13 and it was another Team Blake win as Chloe Kohanski was named the winner with coach Blake Shelton.
The Final Four artists Red Marlow (Team Blake), Brooke Simpson (Team Miley), Addison Agen (Team Adam) and Chloe Kohanski (Team Blake) performed Monday night (12/18). The viewers voted and the results were revealed during last night’s two-hour season finale.
During the show there were many performances by music superstars as well as some of the artists from this and past seasons of The Voice. The Final Four had the chance to perform with some of music’s biggest names during the show before the results were announced.
For example, Red got to perform with country music icon Vince Gill. The two performed Vince’s hit song “When I Call Your Name.” Watch that performance in the video below.
Chloe got to perform the song “White Wedding” with musical icon Billy Idol and you can watch that performance below.
Finally it came time to reveal the results for the last time in season 13 of The Voice. Team Blake’s Red Marlow was announced as the fourth place artist. Team Miley’s Brooke Simpson was then announced as the third place artist.
That left Team Adam’s Addison Agen and Team Blake’s Chloe Kohanski. Watch the announcement of the winner of season 13 of The Voice in the video below.
With Chloe being announced as the champion that obviously meant that Addison was the runner-up.
With this win as a coach, Blake Shelton has now scored the win in six of the 13 seasons the show has been on the air. People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” stretches his lead as the “Winning-est Coach on ‘The Voice’.” Adam Levine is the closest with half as many wins on the show as Blake.
Both Blake and Adam will return for season 14 in a few months to remain the only two coaches to be a part of every season of The Voice. Alicia Keys will return as a coach for season 14 while Kelly Clarkson will be the new coach for the next season of competition.
