Dustin Lynch holds the #1 spot on the Billboard Country Airplay chart for a second consecutive week with “Small Town Boy.”

Last week “Small Town Boy” hit the #1 spot on the Billboard chart to mark Dustin’s fifth career chart topper and his fifth number one in a row. This week it not only holds that same spot for a second week in a row on that chart, it also rises to the pinnacle of the Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles chart.

The song is the second single from Dustin’s third studio album Current Mood. The album was released last Friday (9/8) and will likely debut in the #2 spot on the Billboard Country Album Sales chart just behind Thomas Rhett‘s new album Life Changes that was released the same day.

Even Dustin recognizes the beauty of the timing of this hit song, “This week has truly been one of the most amazing and humbling of my career. I can’t think of a better way to welcome Current Mood than with ‘Small Town Boy’ being in the top spot,” he shares.

Dustin will embark on his fall headlining “The Ride or Die Tour” November 3rd in Fayetteville, NC and hit 11 cities with a final date of December 12th in Grand Rapids, MI. Joining Dustin as rotating special guests on that will be Michael Ray, LANco and Ryan Hurd. Find out where and when that tour will stop here.

Congratulations to Dustin Lynch on his multi-week #1 song “Small Town Boy.”
