He currently has 6 consecutive #1’s, and has broken the record for most weeks on the Country Albums chart. His 2017 release This One’s For You has spent 44 weeks at #1, now beating the record set by a male artist, Randy Travis in 1987, and he is closing in on Shania Twain at 50 weeks.
