Last night (12/11) was the Top 8 live elimination show for season 15 of The Voice. Did either of Blake Shelton‘s remaining two Team Blake members make it to the finale next week?

To start with on the one-hour episode of The Voice host Carson Daly revealed the top three artists in voting that would automatically advance to the Top 4. The first artist announced as part of the finale was Team Blake’s Kirk Jay. Next we heard that Chevel Shepherd from Team Kelly was safely in the Top 4. The final artist to automatically advance to the finale was Chris Kroeze from Team Blake.

Blake was able to relax as Carson then revealed the three artists that would perform live and be eligible for the Twitter Save. The winner of that save would become the fourth and final artist in the finale. That meant when the three names were announced the remaining two artists with the lowest vote totals for the week would be instantly eliminated from the competition.

MaKenzie Thomas and Kennedy Holmes from Team JHud were both announced to be a part of the Twitter Save for the night. The third artist announced to perform for the chance to advance was Reagan Strange from Team Adam.

That meant that Sarah Grace and Kymberli Joy both from Team Kelly were the artists that were instantly eliminated.

Below are the three live performances for the Twitter Save.

Once the performances were complete the instant save window opened to find out who would be the last artist added to the Top 4.

Next week’s season 15 finale of The Voice will include two artists from Team Blake, Kirk Jay and Chris Kroeze. The will be a single artist from Team Kelly, Chevel Shepherd and a single Team JHud artist, Kennedy Holmes. Adam Levine will be a spectator for the finale two episodes this season.

The two-night The Voice Season 15 Finale will begin Monday night, December 17th at 7 PM central time (8 PM eastern time) on NBC.
