Imagine just minding your own business, paddle boarding in the ocean somewhere in Southern California. Sounds relaxing, right? WRONG! As you can see in the video below, some poor, unsuspecting beach goers were riding their paddle boards next to 15 GREAT WHITE SHARKS! Oh! And this helicopter crew is WAYYY too calm about this whole thing.
“They are advising you exit the water”…. WELL, THANK YOU, CAPTAIN OBVIOUS! The fact that they did not make at least ONE ‘Jaws’ reference is a shame, but I digress, back to the topic at hand.
Here is how I would have handled the announcement…”THERE ARE 15 GREAT WHITE SHARKS RIGHT BESIDE YOU, PADDLE BOARDER! YOU ARE GOING TO NEED A BIGGER BOAT! GET THE HELL OUTTA THE WATER”
Now let’s switch perspectives. If I were the poor guy next to 15 Great White Sharks, I would not be calm. AT ALL! I would be freaking out! And don’t say you wouldn’t be paddleing that paddle board faster than Usain Bolt running the 100 meter dash!
