Lots of movie news today! First we had the debut of the new Spider-Man:Homecoming trailer, and now this! In a behind the scenes video for the upcoming “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” we get two bits of information, one we kind of figured and one that surprised me a bit.
First things first, the obvious. The young guy running around with Jack Sparrow in previous trailers has been officially confirmed as “Henry Turner”, aka Will Turner’s (Orlando Bloom) son. Will we see Henry and Will Turner interact in the movie? Most likely, being as Orlando Bloom is back as the character.
Most importantly though, at the end of the video, we are shown the film’s title page. Usually not a big deal, right? Well, in this case, yes, it is a big deal. Can someone say name change??? Ever since the movie was announced, the title “Dead Men Tell No Tales”, has been used. However, in the above video, the title read “Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge”.

After googling this bit of shocking information, it turns out the name of the movie has been changed in the UK, Brazil, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Singapore and Turkey. It will remain “Dead Men Tell No Tales” domestically. Why? Beats the heck out of me. Honestly, both names are pretty awesome, but I like “Dead Men Tell No Tales”. That just sounds like a ‘Pirates’ movie.
This movie cannot come out fast enough! Hurry up, May 26!
