Around this time three years ago we were at the start of the pandemic. We thought it might be interesting to look back at some of the weirdest things we remember from that time.

Looking back at what happened as we all prepared for what we thought would be our “new normal,” these are just a few things that came to mind. They are not listed in any particular order.

  • Seeing a photo of a Priest baptizing a baby from six feet away using a water gun. (pictured above)
  • Hoarding all the toilet paper.
  • How suddenly overnight EVERYBODY had seen Tiger King.
(Except me, I still have not watched a single episode.)
  • The sourdough starter trend wher4e everybody was baking bread
  • How afraid we all were to sneeze, cough or even just clear your throat in public.

Actually, it seems strange to me that it has only been three years. It seems like all of that happened much longer ago to me.

What is something looking back you now think of as weird that we did at the start of the pandemic?
