B104 and Menold are inviting our creative listeners to Illustrate Central Illinois with us for the opportunity to win $500!
Draw, paint or illustrate your favorite Central Illinois landmark and submit a photo of it. A committee formed by the station will choose an entry to win $500 and have your art printed on a poster to be sold at the Sugar Creek Arts Festival in October 2021!
To enter to win:
- Illustrate your favorite Central Illinois landmark – that could be anything from the Normal Theater or David Davis Mansion to Castle Gardens in Lexington and beyond. Pick your favorite and show off your art!
- Click Here to register and submit a photo of your original illustration. (complete entries must be received by 11:59pm on August 29, 2021)
- Cross your fingers and hope to win!
At the end of the contest, a committee will judge the entries on originality, creativity, and interpretation of the theme to choose the grand prize winner. That winner will receive $500!!!
The winning entry will also be printed on a poster and sold at the Sugar Creek Arts Festival – happening in Uptown Normal on October 9-10, 2021. Poster sales will benefit the McLean County Arts Center.
