Incredibly brave 11 year old Alyssa just fought off an attacker and possible kidnapper thanks to Law & Order: SVU.
Alyssa was waiting at the bus stop when a white vehicle stopped and a man jumped out to grab her. “The man got out of his vehicle holding a knife, came towards me and I tried to run, but he caught me,” she said.
After a struggle, and realizing that he had caused a scene, the man took off in his vehicle.
Alyssa is a super smart girl, and her instincts that day, not only saved her life, but helped the cops catch the guy.
Not only did Alyssa fight back, but she left a clue that helped cops find the mad who attacked her.
Alyssa says she watched Law & Order: SVU with her mom all the time, so she knew that she needed to do something to help the cops.
Alyssa was playing with blue slime while waiting at the bus stop, and because of SVU, she knew to get the slime on the man for evidence purposes.
“I knew that that might be better evidence if the cops do find him,” she said.
So, thanks to Detective Olivia Benson, Alyssa’s attacker has been CAUGHT and charged with attempted kidnapping and aggravated assault and battery with a $1.5 million bond.
