BREAKING NEWS! Grey’s Anatomy shocker…Justin Chambers who has played Alex Karev for 15 years is leaving the show!

AND the worst part is, fans don’t even get to say goodbye! No warning, he’s just gone?! His final episode has already aired. He was last seen on the 350th episode, which aired November 14th, when he left to take care of his sick mother.

In a statement, Justin said it was his choice to leave the show…

“There’s no good time to say goodbye to a show and character that’s defined so much of my life for the past 15 years. For some time now, however, I have hoped to diversify my acting roles and career choices. And, as I turn 50 and am blessed with my remarkable, supportive wife and five wonderful children, now is that time.”

As a fan of the show since the beginning, and someone who never gave up on the show, even when they killed off McSteamy, McDreamy, or little Grey. I am SUPER shocked, and sad, and angry, and maybe done with the show. I understand Justin left the show on his own, but the fact that we don’t even get to say goodbye to his character is horrible! Alex Karev has been a part of our lives for going on 16 seasons of the hit show, and we’ve been with him from the beginning.

There are soo many questions!!!

What about Jo? They just got married! And now she is taking care of that baby that was left at the Fire Station?!

And don’t even get me started on Meredith??? She NEEDS Karev. He was her “person” since Christina left! Who is going to be her person now?! She needs a “person” or the whole show goes to crap!
