B104 invites you to join us for the fun of the 2nd Annual Lip Sync Battle for Special Olympics Illinois at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard Thursday, August 10th! B104’s Buck Stevens will again serve as Emcee.
Special Olympics Illinois Heartland/Area 6 and the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run are hosting their second annual Lip Sync Battle on Aug. 10. This event features Central Illinois celebrities who will “sing” their hearts out against other local celebrities to raise money and awareness for our Area 6 athletes and their families. Lip Sync contestants will perform to one of their favorite songs for the audience, who will in turn vote for their favorite acts with a donation. They are encouraged to wear costumes and can invite friends or family to be their backup singers/dancers! In addition, Best Performance/Costume and Top Fundraiser awards will be presented.
Mackinaw Valley Winery will be selling soft drinks, water, tea, wine, beer and hard liquor selections throughout the evening. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed. Audience members are urged to bring lawn chairs or blankets on which to sit during the performances.

Free parking will be available at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard. Illinois Central School Bus will also be providing shuttles from the Interstate Center. Attendees can park their vehicle at the Interstate Center and take a free shuttle to the Lip Sync Battle.
