Jason Aldean‘s new album They Don’t Know has made its debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 all-genre sales chart.

Jason’s seventh studio album becomes his third consecutive number one album debut on both the Billboard 200 and Country Album sales charts.

Billboard also reports that Jason’s They Don’t Know becomes the only country artist to date this year to top the all-genre sales chart. Chris Stapleton reached the top of the chart with Traveller when the album re-entered the chart in November of 2015. The last #1 debut on the Billboard 200 by a country album was Luke Bryan’s Kill the Lights near the end of August of last year.

They Don’t Know is the fifth career number one album for Jason. The album has already produced the #1 single “Lights Come On” and the follow-up single “A Little More Summertime” is approaching the top ten at #12 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart this week and #13 on the Mediabase/Country Airplay chart.

Congratulations to Jason Aldean on the #1 debut on the Billboard 200 and Country Album sales charts for They Don’t Know.
