Fuller House, the sequel to the the hit TV sitcom Full House, is using a very familiar and appropriate song for their teaser video for the new show.
The hit TV sitcom Full House ran from 1987 to 1995 and followed widower Danny Tanner as he raised his three girls DJ, Stephanie and Michelle with the help of Uncle Jesse and Joey. Kimmy Gibbler was a mainstay in the series as DJ’s best friend and a next-door-neighbor to the family.
Fans of the show were elated when they heard that DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy would return for a 13-episode series titled Fuller House set to air on NetFlix starting in February. The new show will show DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy grown up with kids of their own.
Not only does the teaser video above use perfect choice for a song for this show (Miranda Lambert‘s “The House That Built Me“), it also reveals that some of the original show’s characters will at least make appearances during the new sitcom. You can hear their voices outside the door.
Fuller House will premiere on NetFix February 26, 2016.
