Kimberly Schlapman of Little Big Town co-hosted the Today Show with Hoda Kotb and shared her recipes for “Cheddar Bacon Biscuits” and “Schlap Happy Bars.”
Kimberly is not only a member of the reigning CMA Vocal Group of the Year, she also hosts a cooking show and is the author of a cook book titled “Oh, Gussie! Cooking and Visiting in Kimberly’s Southern Kitchen.”
Since she was co-hosting with Hoda, they put Kimberly’s cooking skills to use during the “Today – Food” segment on the show.
The two ladies had too much fun while in the kitchen as Kimberly shared her recipes and even her mom’s advise of “Don’t fool with your biscuits.”
