The Top 12 on “The Voice” performed last night (11/16) and America is voting. How did Blake Shelton‘s artists do overnight on iTunes heading to tonight’s live eliminations?
All 12 artists did a really good job performing last night. This year it may come down to the loyalty of the coaches fans and the fans that each artist can cultivate before the end of the season to decide who will ultimately win season nine on “The Voice.”
I have been “Team Blake” since season one of the show for what are obvious reasons … being a country radio DJ and all. So, let’s look at how Blake Shelton’s artists ranked on iTunes compared to the complete Top 12. Blake’s artists will be in bold-red type.
These numbers are as of 8:38am when I checked the all-genre iTunes chart.

Based on the iTunes at the time I checked, it could be Pharrell Williams or Gwen Stefani losing an artist tonight when the results are revealed. The “Instant Save” will begin again tonight for the first time on season nine of “The Voice” where viewers will use Twitter to save and artist from elimination.
As always I want to remind you that voting remains open until 11am central time (12 noon eastern) and there are more avenues than just iTunes for voting. Therefore, the numbers above can change and with the other methods the ultimate results may not be the same as the iTunes sales-voting.
We will all find out which artist goes home tonight when the Live Elimination Show for “The Voice” airs starting at 7pm central time.
