There are reports that Yellowstone will return for a season six after all.
USmagazine.com reports that Puck (an industry newsletter) says Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser are in talks to bring the TV series back for another season on the Paramount Network. Reportedly Kelly and Cole will take over as the leads in the series as the newlyweds Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler.
This is a change from all that we have heard previously that Yellowstone would end after season 5B airs this fall. The reports were also that Kelly and Cole (among others from the TV series) would become a part of the new spinoff The Madison. The new series would follow a family of New Yorkers that relocate to Montana and reportedly would star Michelle Pfeiffer and Matthew Fox.
I guess we will have to watch season 5B of Yellowstone which premieres Sunday, November 10th and see how this all plays out.
