Faith in the Morning
I have lived in Central Illinois most of my life, I grew up in Pontiac and attended Illinois State University as a Music Major. Although I intended on being a Music teacher and teach little kids how to sing and put on concerts, it was radio that inevitably captured my heart in college, and I have been a part of the Radio Bloomington family now for over 25 years!
I have so much love for the Bloomington-Normal community and can be found often Emceeing and supporting many groups and charities around the area, like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Special Olympics, Toys for Tots, and numerous local animal rescues. I spend alot of my time helping adoptable dogs find their forever families and strive to live a life built on positivity, love, and empowering others to shine bright!
I am passionate about music and concerts, and getting to go backstage and behind the scenes before a show, hosting meet n greets with top country artists, and then taking the stage to intro the show in front of a crowd of hundreds and even thousands!
My true joy in life is spending time with my family, and making memories with my nieces and nephews.
- I love music, coffee, and dogs.
- Seriously, I LOVE dogs.
- I love crappy TV, live music, and flip flops.
- I love summer and hate winter.
- I put ranch dressing on everything and can rap the entire “Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air” Theme song.
- I’m always at least 5 minutes late and when I tell you’ve “on my way” I probably haven’t even left my house yet.
- My family is everything to me.
