Dune: Part Two could have a run time that passes the three-hour mark.
There are reports that the second half of the movie version of the Frank Herbert sci-fi classic novel is currently timing out to 195 minutes in length (3 hours and 15 minutes).
That is quite a bit longer than Dune: Part One which was already lengthy at 155 minutes (2 hours and 35 minutes).
There is still time for some edits with just under four months before the scheduled November 3rd release. However, at this stage of the game you can’t expect there will be much that could be taken out that hasn’t already been.
What is the longest any single movie should run in your opinion?
