The CMA and ACM Female Vocalist of the Year Lainey Wilson obviously believes the show must go on … even in a downpour!
Lainey was performing at the Carolina Country Music Fest last Sunday, June 11th. In the middle of her set, rain began pouring. It got bad enough that the band had to stop playing because of the electricity going to their instruments make it dangerous.
That didn’t stop Lainey. She just kept on singing a cappella…
She said she was going to live up to awards she has won recently. I would say she is doing just that!
