Unless you were born that way, getting rich may not be easy. However, according to an expert it is not complicated.

Jaspreet Singh is a YouTuber that offers financial advice on social media. He has gone viral for his simple three-step strategy for getting rich.

Step 1: Spend Less Than You Make
That seems simple enough. However, with so many Americans living paycheck-to-paycheck, it is not easy. I guess the basic thought is not to buy stuff you don’t need and really can’t afford.

Step 2: Work to Earn More Money
Make sure you don’t get comfortable with where you are financially. You can only reduce spending by so much. Eventually to get rich you will need to increase your income by either asking for a raise, finding a better job or starting a side hustle.

Step 3: Invest Your Extra Money
Most people do not get rich by just saving their money. They find ways to make their money work for them. That could mean putting more in your 401K, investing in stocks, a new business or something else that will produce dividends over time.

Again, this three-step method to being rich is not complicated, but may not be easy either. The key is starting as soon as you can, as much as you can and sticking with it.
