Spend enough time listening to Jackson Dean’s music or listening to him talk in interviews, and it won’t take long for you to figure out he has a restless spirit with a deep-seated need to wander. At 22 years old, he’s still pretty young, but does Jackson ever foresee a time when he’ll want to settle down and stay put somewhere?

“Yeah, I think it’s possible, maybe one day. As of right now, no. Maybe one day when I’ve said my peace, you know, and I’m ready to move into that world. But if I find a place that I like, I’ll stay for a couple weeks maybe . But other than that, I can’t really stay put for more than two or three days. I gotta go. My eye is on the horizon, and I wanna find out what’s on the other side of it all the time.”

This year Jackson definitely doesn’t plan to stay in one place very long, with tour dates already scheduled from the beginning of February until the end of September, including opening slots for Blake Shelton, Eric Church and Parker McCollum, plus tons of festival dates and other live shows.

That includes being a part of Tailgate N’ Tallboys right here in Bloomington, Illinois! Get complete event and ticket information here.
