Jackson Dean has chosen “Fearless,” off his Greenbroke album, as the follow-up to his #1 debut single, “Don’t Come Lookin’.” The song, co-written by Jackson, Luke Dick and Jonathan Scott Sherwood, offers a glimpse of the softer side of Jackson.

“‘Fearless’ is about a man who is fearless, except for one thing, and that’s falling. You see it all the time in some of the greatest movies of all time. You’re just afraid of being in it. You’re afraid of being with someone for the rest of your life. And I know I’m not too good about talking about these kinds of things when it comes to this topic, but you can be Billy badass all you want, but when it comes to certain things, you just can’t. The whole chorus is just things that you’re not afraid of, and I’m not afraid of much. I’ll do just about anything, except for when it comes to you. It’s just another love song that’s put in a pretty rockin’ way, and it’s knowing that you are this person, but also not being afraid of telling someone what you’re afraid of. You know, you don’t have to be Billy Jack bad ass the entire time. You can have a sense of the other side of things.”
