Top Gun: Maverick has been flying past the competition at the box office.

The Tom Cruise-led sequel has passed the $900 million mark at the box office worldwide.

That number makes the high-flying film the third movie of the pandemic era to hit the $900 million mark.

The two other films are Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness and Spider-Man: No Way Home.
