CMA Female Vocalist of the Year and singer-songwriter Carly Pearce shares when she will be writing more new songs.

September 17, 2021 she released her latest album 29: Written in Stone. Carly co-wrote all 15 tracks on that project. She had this to say about the timeline for writing more new music.

“I just feel a little like, ‘Okay that was a lot on the heart.’ I’m gonna let myself not feel pressured to hurry up and go write again. And just kind of trust my process. It’s never failed me when just kinda know that God’s got me. And I’ll know when it’s time to go write again, but I need to go live a little bit.”

Carly is getting set for the next leg on her “29 Tour.” Her latest single, a collaboration with Ashley McBryde titled “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” is at #17 on the Billboard Country Airplay singles chart and climbing this week.
