Sam Hunt Pleads Guilty To 2019 DUI Charges In Nashville

Sam Hunt has plead guilty to a DUI charge stemming from his 2019 DUI arrest.

He was in court yesterday, and after entering the plea at a hearing in July, was sentenced yesterday.

His blood alcohol content was .173 when he was arrested by police and he had admitted to drinking. Additionally, there were empty beer cans next to him in his vehicle.

Originally he received a sentence of 11 months and 29 days, but will serve 48 hours in jail at an “alternative sentencing facility”, his license will be suspended for a year, he will have to pay a $350 fine, and have to take DUI education classes.
