Keith urban will be co-hosting this Sunday’s ACM Awards Show. He is also nominated twice in the Music Event of the Year category.

Keith was part of Thomas Rhett’s song “Be A Light” which is nominated for the Music Event award. His own song “One Too Many” with pop star Pink is also up for that award.

Keith says he was very happy Pink sang on the song. His only regret is that they were not able to create the song together in the same studio.

“I loved the song and I was really hoping she would love it, because she’s truly one of the great singers of our generation. So, to hear her voice on this song was phenomenal. We had such a great time getting to do that. I wish we could’ve done it in the same space, but you know with the situation we’re in, of course, we couldn’t do that. So, she recorded her vocal at her house and I did mine at my house, and we put it together.”

The song is Top 20 on the country radio airplay singles charts this week. Listen for Keith Urban’s “One Too Many” featuring Pink on Bloomington-Normal’s #1 Country, B104.

Watch for Keith to co-host the 56th ACM Awards Show with Mickey Guyton this Sunday, AprilĀ 18th, 7 p.m. central time (8 p.m. eastern time) on CBS.
