Get ready for SNOOP DOGG! He is joining The Voice this season as a mega mentor! And even though the news came out on April Fools Day, it’s no joke!
Ariana Grande isn’t the only announcement from The Voice this week (she will replace Nick Jonas as a coach for Season 21)…it was just announced yesterday that Snoop will serve as a mega mentor to the contestants who make it through the battle rounds as they prepare for the Knockouts. Snoop will join Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, John Legend, and Blake Shelton to mentor the artists who were saved by their invidivual coaches during the battles to compete in a four way knockout. Each artist will receive personalized coaching from their actual coach AND mega mentor…SNOOP DOGG!
Although Snoop may seem laiiiiiid back, he’s a superstar with lots of cred on and off the stage, and can definitely help lead the artists in the right direction.
