Morgan Wallen has been enjoying big success for the past couple of years. However, the country music singer-songwriter won’t let that stop him from working hard.

Morgan has had four consecutive number one singles: “Up Down” featuring Florida Georgia Line (2017), “Whiskey Glasses” (2018), “Chasin’ You” (2019) and “More Than My Hometown” (2020). His latest single “7 Summers” appears to be on the same track as it has reached #16 on the Billboard Country Airplay singles chart this week.

Morgan’s debut studio album If I Know Me has been certified Platinum by the RIAA. His sophomore album Dangerous: The Double Album was released January 8th of this year. That album is spending its second week at #1 on both the Billboard Country Album sales chart and the Billboard 200 all-genre album sales chart.

With all of that success you could think a person might sit back and relax for a while. However, that is just not Morgan’s style.

“I think I’ve always got a chip on my shoulder in a way … I don’t know completely why I have that attitude, but I feel like everything’s so temporary and fleeting, and just in life in general. So, I try to stay working hard and keep my head down and be the best I can every day,” Morgan shares.

The good news for us is that with that attitude we can look forward to more great music from Morgan!
