Chris Lane has scored another #1 single with his song “Big, Big Plans.”

The advanced release of both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts show the song at number one on both charts for this week.

This is the third career chart topper for Chris following “I Don’t Know About You” (2019) and “Fix” (2015).

There are two music videos for the song. The first one was released in June of 2019 with the moniker “Video For Lauren.” It features footage of Chris proposing to girlfriend at the time Lauren Bushnell. The second music video was released in November of 2019 with the title “Wedding Video” and features clips of the couple’s wedding which took place in October of 2019. (Watch both videos at the bottom of the page.)

Chris wrote the song with Ernest K. Smith and Jacob Durrett. It is about and inspired by the relationship and proposal Chris shares with Lauren. Chris stated about the song and the success with the song, “You never know if a song personal to your life is going to react in that way, but I’m thankful it did. Now I see people making it their own story, using the song for their big moment as well. That’s really special.”

The song is available everywhere now. It is from a forthcoming new project that has not been scheduled for release or named yet.

Listen for “Big, Big Plans” by Chris Lane on Bloomington-Normal’s #1 Country, B104.

Congratulations to Chris Lane on his #1 song!
