Luke Combs is preparing to release a new deluxe version of his current album that will be titled What You See Ain’t Always What You Get. The project is a deluxe version of his recently awarded ACM Album of the Year What You See Is What You Get.

The deluxe album will include all of the songs from the previous album plus five new songs. One of those new songs is “Without You.” Luke says that the song expresses his appreciation of where he is in life and his career.

“‘Without You’ is a song that I wrote probably a year and a half ago in the mountains of North Carolina with Wyatt Durrette and Dan Isbell. I just really wanted to, along with ‘This One’s For You’, is always have that song that lets everyone know how appreciative I am of where I am.”

Luke also reveals the song thanks the people who have helped him get to where he is in his life.

“The first verse is about my parents, and second verse is about my wife, and the third verse is about you, the fans, so just wanted to thank everybody that I feel like has helped me get to this point.”

“Without You” along with new songs “Cold As You,” “The Other Guy,” “My Kinda Folk,” and “Forever After All” will be a part of the new album What You See Ain’t Always What You Get which drops October 23rd.  Watch the lyric video for “Without You” by Luke Combs at the bottom of the page.
