Well this isn’t going to make Joe Exotic too happy…

Carole Baskin, Joe Exotic least favorite person in the entire world, now has control over his Oklahoma zoo properties.

Wonder what he is going to say about that?!

Carole just won the million dollar judgement against Joe for trademark infringement. If you remember from the Netflix documentary, Joe tried to transfer the zoo to Jeff Lower and his mother, but a judge said the move was fraudulent, so Carole gets the property in order to settle the score.

So what does that mean for Jeff Lowe? He has 120 days to get himself, his animals, and anything that he rightfully owns off the property.

Jeff does have some parting words for Carole…”The possibility of human remains being buried on this land should make her feel right at home.”

What does Carole have to say? Well she still hasn’t said anything, but her husband Harold did.

The world is still waiting to hear from Joe Exotic…

What Will Happen to the Animals?

Oklahoma JudgmentsOn June 1, 2020 the federal court in Oklahoma issued a judgment against an entity controlled by Jeff Lowe based in part on what the judge described as “willfully failed to comply” with one previous court order and “other failures to obey or respond to the Court’s orders in this case.” The ruling requires the entity to vacate the property within 120 days of service of the judgment, including removing the animals. In an Agreed Judgment in August 2019 Shirley Schreibvogel acknowledged her role in multiple fraudulent transfers some of which involved the entity controlled by Mr. Lowe. Over a year ago Mr. Lowe announced plans to move the animals to a location in Thackerville, OK that he has been constructing and he claims will be a better facility. He recently stated that he had funds to complete the zoo and a contractor who could complete it in a few months. If the need arises to make other plans to place the animals in new homes, Big Cat Rescue and the animal welfare organizations that have previously successfully placed big cats from large facilities in new homes stand ready to assist.Below are full copies of the court documents which speak for themselves. We are not posting any further comments at this time.https://bigcatrescue.org/agreed/
