Brett Young has scored another #1 song with his latest single “Catch.”

The advance release of the Billboard Country Airplay singles chart has “Catch” sitting in the number one spot for this week. This is the sixth single Brett has released and his sixth chart topping single.

“Catch” becomes the second number one single from the #1 sophomore album Ticket To L.A. from Brett Young. The debut single from the project “Here Tonight” topped the chart last year.  The album is available everywhere now.

The country music singer-songwriter shares his thoughts about the song and the choice to use it as a single.

“The play on words with catch, but also you know me having spent so much of my life playing baseball. And if you’ve seen the music video, you know there’s kind of a nod to my baseball past as well, and so it’s a really fun one and I think for us it was the obvious choice for a single just because of the kind of relentless chorus melody and feel-good nature of the song in general.”

Listen for “Catch” by Brett Young on Bloomington-Normal’s #1 Country, B104.

Congratulations to Brett Young on his sixth consecutive #1 single “Catch.”
