Luke Bryan has announced his own brand of beer, Two Lane American Golden Lager. Apparently his mother has signed off on the brew.

The fact that Luke’s mom likes his beer is not a small statement. According to the country music singer-songwriter his mom would be considered an expert.

“The best part about it is my mother has signed off on liking it,” Luke states. “The most prolific beer drinker I’ve ever met. We tallied it up. She’s had 87,000 beers in her life. I guess that’s what happens when you raise me, you have to drink a couple beers a night.”

Luke is hoping that his Two Lane American Golden Lager will be more than just another beer on the shelf to choose from.

“I feel like a lot of aspects of the importance of beer has been lost lately,” he shares. “I think beer’s an important thing. I mean, you remember your first beer with your dad, you remember a beer at your wedding. You remember stuff like that, and that’s what we’re gonna have fun with.”

Luke also plans on sharing the wealth with his fellow country music stars and friends. He hopes this may help grow the brand.

“I wanna really build what Two Lane is about, the vibe. And see if there can be tentacles that reach out. I’m really excited about like calling my country music buddies and sayin’, ‘Hey, I’m gonna stock your bus with my beer. That’s the fun aspect of it,” Luke reveals.

The Two Lane American Golden Lager will be hitting shelves in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia starting March 2nd.

Will you get some of Luke’s beer when it is available in your area?
