Fulton County Illinois Sheriff’s Deputy Troy Chisum was fatally shot in the line of duty. A Go Fund Me memorial fund has been created for his family.

Deputy Chisum leaves behind a wife and three children. The funds donated to this memorial fund will go to them.

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department has made it clear on their Facebook page that the link below will take you to the “only legit Go Fund me account. All others are fake.”

As of the writing of this blog there has been more than $19,000 donated to the fund to help Deputy Chisum’s family.
