Ford is recalling more than 270,000 Fusions throughout the U.S. and Canada due to a transmission issue that could cause the car to slip out of the gear. That means your Fusion could possibly roll away if you don’t have the parking brake on.

If you drive a 2013-2016 Ford Fusion with a 2.5-liter engine please take it to an authorized Ford dealership to have your car properly inspected. The Fusions affected were built at Ford’s facilities in Michigan and Mexico.

Have you ever had your vehicle recalled? How long did it take to have the recall repaired?
