Jason Aldean has taken his latest single “You Make It Easy” to the top of the country radio airplay singles charts this week.

The advance Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts for radio airplay are out and Jason is sitting in the #1 spot on both charts for this week.

“You Make It Easy” marks Jason’s 20th number one single for radio airplay. The song is from his recently released #1 album Rearview Town. The album made history when it debut at #1 on not only the Billboard Country Album sales chart, but also on the Billboard Top 200 all-genre chart.

Jason explains how the song got into his hands via his friend Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line, “Tyler came over to my house one day and we were just riding around in the truck and listening to songs. He played me a bunch of songs. He goes, ‘Yeah, and this is one thing we wrote the other day. We wrote this Friday.’ Like it was nothing, you know? And threw it in, and I just fell in love with the song right there, and I was like, ‘Are you guys not going to cut this?’ And he’s like, ‘I don’t know. We don’t go in the studio for a while.’ I’m like, “Well I’m going in two weeks, so I want to cut it.’ And he let us have it.”

Congratulations to Jason Aldean on his #1 song “You Make It Easy.”
