There are so many challenges out there these days…some are for a good cause, and some are just stupid, aka the “Tide Pod Challenge” (seriously kids, just stop). Well, Kelly Clarkson was just challenged by Trisha Yearwood to do the ALS Hot Pepper Challenge.
Years ago it was the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS, but now people are taking a bite out of some of the hottest peppers out there to raise money and awareness for this incredible cause…and it’s just as funny to watch as the Ice Bucket Challenge.
Kelly was called out by Trisha Yearwood in the challenge after Trisha took the challenge on behalf of her hubby Garth Brooks, who is apparently a wimp and can’t handle spicy things. So, while Trisha ATE the Habanero pepper, Garth drank “Hot Dr. Pepper”…big baby! haha
Honestly? I don’t think anyone is a wimp for backing out of this challenge. I would probably cry!
Kelly was a good sport, and with tears in her eyes and ice on her tongue, she called out her fellow voice coaches saying: “I want to challenge Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Alicia Keys. This is gonna suck! And Brandon Blackstock, my husband. You’re welcome!”
