Early CMA Award Winners Announced on GMA [VIDEO]

This morning two of the winners of 51st CMA Awards were announced on Good Morning America (GMA) by the show’s Lara Spencer and country star Kelsea Ballerini.

Lara was reporting live from the riverfront in Nashville as the Music City prepares for the big night. She invited Kelsea to join her to announce the winners of two of the categories in this year’s CMA Awards.

The duo first revealed the nominees in the Music Video of the Year category before Kelsea got the honor of revealing that Brothers Osborne won the CMA Award for the music video for their song “It Ain’t My Fault.”

Once again both ladies listed the nominees in the Music Event of the Year category again Lara gave Kelsea the honor of opening the envelope and revealing that winner was the late Glen Campbell with Willie Nelson on the song “Funny How Time Slips Away.”

The rest of the winners will be revealed during the 51st CMA Awards Show co-hosted for the 10th year by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. The show will be broadcast live starting at 8/7 Central on ABC.

Kelsea returned after the CMA Award winner announcements to perform the song “Roses” from her brand new album Unapologetically live on the show.
