Yesterday (8/15) Garth Brooks revealed that he has partnered with CBS Sports to be a part of their weekly college football coverage this season.

Garth made the announcement during his Facebook Live broadcast called “Inside Studio G: A Monday Night Conversation.”

The partnership with CBS will feature a clip of a brand new Garth song called “Pure Adrenaline” for each week’s broadcast of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Game of the Week on the network.

The lyrics of the song will be customized for the SEC Game of the Week to fit the two teams playing that week. The debut of the partnership and customized song will begin in just over two weeks with a match-up between Texas A&M and UCLA September 3rd.

Garth revealed that the song “Pure Adrenaline” will be included on his forthcoming new album that will be released in the fall. Garth also explained that new son will not be the first single from the album. The CBS SEC Game of the Week broadcasts will be the only place to get the song until the new album is released.
