Sam Hunt Leads Country Nominees for Billboard Music Awards 2016

The nominees for the Billboard Music Awards 2016 have been revealed and Sam Hunt leads the country artists that received nominations.

Sam has a total of four nominations including having two songs in the Top Country Song category.

Country artists with two nominations are Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton and Carrie Underwood.

Little Big Town, Thomas Rhett and Chris Young all received a single nomination for this year’s Billboard Music Awards.

The final album from country duo Joey + Rory titled Hymns That Are Important To Us received a nomination in the Top Christian Album category.

The 2016 Billboard Music Awards will be held in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena May 22nd.
